We offer a free telephone consultation before every dog’s first appointment with us where we can discuss any preparation required to get them ready for their appointment.
To help us avoid any mishaps, We ask that dogs are walked before they arrive and given the opportunity to go to the toilet.
How much will my pet's groom and treatment cost?
Every pet is individual. And every owner is unique. It’s important to meet owners and pets for a consultation, before a final price is decided. If unable to meet photos can be exchanged. We are able to share a price for each grooming Services over the phone but this may change when it comes to face to face consultation

How do I find you?
We are located at 2 Stone Cross Farm Industrial Park, Lewes Road, Laughton, BN8 6BN. We are 15 mins from Lewes and 20 mins from Eastbourne and Uckfield, conveniently located close to the A22.
My dog has fleas, can I still bring them for a treatment?
To protect our business and provide all of our visitors with the experience they deserve, we ask clients not to bring their dogs if they have fleas. We understand that sometimes it isn’t always obvious before you bring your dog to us. Please be aware that if an infestation is discovered during grooming, you will be asked to come and collect your dog immediately.
Is parking available?
Yes, there are several spaces located to the rear of the building that are free for our customers to use. Please turn to the right when you pull in to the business park and drive up to the back of the barn style building. Please do not park in the spaces allocated for the Zebedees unit.
What happens if I need to move or cancel my appointment?
I understand that life happens and sometimes it’s necessary to move or cancel an appointment. However, last minute cancellations and reschedules really do have a big impact. We always try to be as flexible as possible, We operate a deposit system at booking.
Cancellations or reschedules need to be made 72 hours or more before the appointment time to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

My dog is reactive or nervous. Can I still book them in?
We appreciate the grooming experience can be frightening for some dogs but this shouldn’t prevent them from being groomed. We work closely with clients who have reactive or nervous dogs and adapt our approach to best suit the welfare of the pet. Starting off with a free consultation we’ll talk through your dogs specific needs and history. We always take it at your dog’s pace and work with what they will allow and feel comfortable with. Often all that is required to build up to a full groom is patience, consistency and time.

How regularly should I bring my dog for a treatment?
During your consultation our groomer will discuss the individual requirements of your dog and the suggested frequency for visits. We work with owners who want to commit to regular visits to maintain the health and happiness of their pet. Please be aware that additional fees may be incurred for the removal of matting on a dog who has had extended beyond the recommended groom frequency and requires a longer treatment time.

My female dog is in season, can I still bring them for a treatment?
YES Absolutely. We do ask owners to notify us in advance if possible so we can take any necessary precautions with dogs visiting around the same time.
